Our products are made with a much smaller stitch than most competitors', producing a warmer and more hard-wearing end product. All hand made products are made in-house, assuring absolute quality control.

The full order process will take 5-10 days depending on the volume of orders at the time.

Sizing

Sizing is important for custom hats since the knit is stretchy but not really elastic. Measure just above the eyebrows and straight back around the back of the head (don't let the measuring tape drop down lower). If your head size is unknown or you are buying as a present then a helmet size of S/M/L is a good guide for us. Custom hats will fit quite snug at first and stretch out slightly over the first few days of wearing.

2: Extras:

Add a note below for colours of extras on each hat (otherwise leave it up to us):

• Pompoms can be single or mixed colours
• Tassels can be single or mixed colours
• Visors must be single colour

3: Pattern:

For non-standard patterns select the closest available pattern and add detailed instructions below.

	Plain		Trim		Mix with trim
	Wide stripes		Narrow Stripes		Separated stripes
	Thin lines		Thick lines		Steps (+£3) (6-7 lines; add a note of colours below)

4: Colours:

• "Trim" & "Mix with trim" patterns: "Secondary colour" is the colour of the trim
• "...stripes" patterns: "Primary colour" is the colour of the bottom stripe
• "...lines" patterns: "Secondary colour" is the colour of the lines

Write an instruction below if you want to be 100% sure of colour placement, particularly the colour of any extras.
