How much does delivery cost?
Delivery prices are calculated automatically depending on the items purchased and delivery location. Please add your items to the shopping cart to see prices.
Chamonix Valley residents (between Argentiere and Les Houches) – use the free Chamonix delivery option and we will contact you when your order is ready for either pickup from us in Chamonix centre or delivery to you when we’re out and about.
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Dispatch time for handmade products depends on how many products are currently in the order queue. Generally dispatch time will be around 2-3 days in spring/summer and 3-4 days in autumn/winter.
Non-handmade products will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders containing a mix of handmade and non-handmade items will be dispatched as one package once all handmade items are ready.
In all cases you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from France by priority international post. Delivery times are generally 3-4 working days within Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
My order has not arrived yet
Orders do occasionally take longer than expected, particularly in the busy Christmas period or due to winter weather conditions. If your order has not arrived 10 working days after you receive your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us.
Does Boax Clothing accept returns for handmade products?
Due to the bespoke nature of Boax Clothing’s handmade products, no returns will be accepted.
If there is a problem with your item (eg. size/colour/style different to that which was ordered), please contact us and we will put things right.
Does Boax Clothing accept returns for non-handmade products?
Non-handmade products may be returned for full refund or replacement, providing that the goods are in an as-new, unworn, resellable condition. Return postage to Boax Clothing will be at the customer’s expense. Please contact us with your order reference number for more information.
The custom beanie designer graphic doesn’t load and/or the customisation options buttons don’t work
The custom beanie designer graphic does not display properly (colour/texture/label misalignment, or no texture showing through colours)
The custom beeanie design system is designed to work with the most modern browsers. We suggest that you:
- Update your mobile operating system if using its default web browser
- Update your web browser
- Get a better web browser (we like Firefox and Chrome)
How should I wash my Boax headwear?
Handmade products are best hand-washed with mild detergent. If machine-washing, use a warm wash and gentle cycle. Machine-knitted beanies should be machine-washed warm on a gentle cycle. In all cases, hang to dry or lay flat (do not tumble dry).
How should I wash my Boax t-shirt/hoodie?
Machine wash cool with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron printed areas. Do not dry clean. Some shrinkage may occur if washed above 30°C or tumble dried.
Does Boax Clothing want to sponsor me as a skier/snowboarder?
The Boax Clothing team is a small, exclusive group of riders, but we always welcome new applications. If you think you have what it takes, please contact us with a bit about yourself, screen-resolution photos, video links, your achievements & plans for the future and why you think you should represent the brand.
